| hi, ahi va una mas a ver que opinan es en prestacion de servicios por asimilados a salarios. El contribuyente es persona fisica con actividad empresarial del regimen intermedio y se le asimila a salario. Sin embargo, el contribuyente quiere saber que pasara con su iva acreditable. Se cree que esta situacion puede favorecer al contribuyente ya que podra acreditar el iva de de sus adquisiciones sin que tenga posteriormente que causar este impuesto. Podria optar por compensarlo contra el isr a cargo o retenido contra terceros lo que permitiria tener ventaja fiscal sobre otros contribuyentes del mismo regimen. | |
