South Africa deposits MLI ratification instrument

On 30 September South Africa deposited its instrument of ratification for the BEPS Convention, thus underlining its strong commitment to prevent the abuse of tax treaties and BEPS by multinational enterprises. The BEPS Convention will enter into force on 1 January 2023 for South Africa.
